What’s a Kinky Salon?

We run three kinds of events throughout the year: KST Socials, Stripped Down dance parties, and our large Kinky Salon parties. Periodically, we also run workshops and other educational events for members, as our capacity allows.

For greater community safety and discretion, all of our events are advance-ticketed. We do not sell tickets at the door, and we do not let people drop in who aren’t on our advance list. There are no exceptions to this rule.

Most of our events operate with a sliding-scale pricing model, to accommodate differing financial circumstances. We also never want money to be an obstacle to attending our events, so please get in touch if the sliding scale prices are out of reach for any reason.

THE MAIN EVENT

Kinky Salon

Our twice-yearly main events, that provide:

  • A highly produced, themed, costume party with a playful, fantasy-world vibe

  • A way for existing and new members and their guests (PALs) to dance, flirt, explore, and express themselves freely in a shared sexy space 

  • A full cabaret show, dance party, interactive activities, plounge, “fungeon” and public and private play spaces

Good to know:

  • You need a PAL for this event

  • You need a themed costume for this event

  • This is a strict entry time event for approximately 140-180 people

  • Higher cost, sliding scale ($50-$90; volunteers = $25-$35)

GETTING TO KNOW EACH OTHER

KST Socials

Our casual social mixers, that provide:

  • A fully clothed, casual, low-pressure way for everybody to socialize, flirt, and get to know each other better (like a Munch, if you’re familiar)

  • A way for new people interested in the community to meet the core team and other existing members, as well as feel out if KST is a good fit for them 

  • A way for current members of the community to connect with each other, and meet potential new members

Good to know:

  • You do not need a PAL for this event

  • There is no dress code. 

  • This is a drop-in event for approximately 50-80 people 

  • Low cost, sliding scale ($5-$15)

  • You must attend one of these events before attending other KST events if the following two conditions apply: 1. you are brand new to our community, and 2. you do not have an existing member friend to bring you to a Kinky Salon or Stripped Down as their PAL

WARMING UP

Stripped Down

Our flirty dance parties, that provide:

  • A low-barrier to entry underwear party with a relaxed, no frills vibe

  • A way for existing and new members and their guests (PALs) to dance, flirt, makeout, and celebrate in a shared sexy space, without the added pressure of a play space

  • A “fungeon” lounge for socializing and exploring light kink 

Good to know:

  • You need a PAL for this event

  • There is a (bare) minimum dress code. You arrive in street clothes and there is a collective strip down (hehe) to underwear before dancing begins

  • This is a strict entry time event for approximately 100-140 people 

  • Medium cost ($30; volunteers = $20)
